France Poultry has set up a rigorous quality system to guarantee its consumers strict compliance with the standards and legislation. This system is based on the food safety standards.
Our experience and the principles of the HACCP method have enabled us to draw up bacteriological and physico-chemical control plans. The analyses carried out at different stages of our production process are performed by independent approved laboratories.
Traçability from egg to plate
We are committed to a complete traceability process, from the origin of the eggs to the finished product, allowing us to guarantee poultry born, raised and processed in France.
Strict quality control
Employees in contact with animals have an individual professional certificate issued by the authorities and comply with animal welfare regulations. Regular training is provided by independent organizations on the subject of animal welfare.
All of our production is halal certified. The conformity of our production with the specifications included in our quality approach is inspected by an independent controler approved by third-party authorities.
